ZWO has recently added the ASI676MC to their lineup.  I has a 7.1 mm square sensor with no amp glow and nice sensitivity and very low read noise.  It comes with a very nice all sky lens.  I just got one and it looks like a very good camera for all sky and extreme wide field imaging.   https://www.zwoastro.com/product/asi676mc/

I believe that 'all sky lens' is a bit misleading - its about 150º rather than the 180º needed for true all sky viewing.

The included lens looks to be about 160 degrees which is not a full 180 but it does give a pretty nice "most of the sky" view.

I just recently got the ASI676MC so I have not had it out under the stars so I can't say what settings will be best.

I am going to the Okie-Tex Star party next week and I plan to play with it some while there.   https://www.okie-tex.com/
