ASI120MM newton rings

Hi I just tried my ASI120MM with my Solar Scout and I have got a bad case of Newton rings. Is there a fix for this (googling this suggests " getting a different camera" works great)?

Tilt adjuster plate, but yes the camera.

I have a similar issue with asi120mm and Lunt LS50THa. Got a tilt adapter on the way. As a temporary fix a slotted a tooth pick between camera and eyepiece and rings went away.

Neat solution. Another simple fix is to dither manually during capture, the the rings vanish during stacking. Of course you lose FOV, which isn't ideal with a small chip like the 120MM.

I use an ADC to get rid of the Newton rings. It has the added advantage that you can move the solar disc into the sweet-spot with it.
