Canon 2000d Compatible with the asiair plus?

Good evening,

I'm getting conflicting information that the canon 2000d dslr is and isn't compatible with the asiair plus. Zwo is even saying its compatible and then it's not.

I've set my rig up after sourcing out all the different components needed to start imagine the nights sky.To my frustration my asiair plus app isn't find my main camera.

Is the camera in question compatible or not? If so what are the correct settings.

My setting currently are.

Bulb

Manual 

Raw only

It's connected via transfer cable from camera to asiair.

It shows as supported on their website:

I found when using a 600D that the cable matters, I had success with my third cable, not all cables work with it well.

If it's connected to the air it'll show up within the camera tab, a pop up window also comes up in the app showing your imaging settings when it detects the camera.

I will try another cable, I have seen that chart before and thought I have a canon 2000d.

so maybe it is the cable and I'm over thinking it.

Heard of a 2000D, never heard of a 2000d.
