Very nice images and details. Interesting to see the different colours coming from different capture software. I've not used SharpCap for planetary capture, so wondering how the channel histogram settings between FireCapture and Sharpcap compare. I use FireCature with a fairly high histogram of 85% and like @Kon I also use auto colour balance in Registax on my images, though the change is usually very subtle.

Thanks Geof

I've always used sharpcap since I can remember & it's been nice to use, but recently I seem to be getting blown out areas in the white bands of Jupiter even though my histogram is only around 65%- green/red & blue are all around that mark but the luminance seems to be over cooked which confuses me, but to be fair it doesn't take much to confuse me these days 🥴

I used FireCapture with roughly the same histogram & it wasn't blown out 🫣
