Any idea what the cause of the lines on the lower portion of the image are?

Hello mat,

I'm still pretty new to all this, my guess is its from stacking. Like the edge of a DSO image but wider spread as the moon moves slightly different to sidereal.

Hi Matt

Is this something new or ongoing ?

Possibilities include power supply interference, or download problems .

Try manually rejecting frames rather than setting to 40%.

Hopefully not all the frames are like that.

@michael8554- This is a sporadice issue that has appeared before.

Other video runs from the same evening are fine.

I will look into the manual frame rejection and see what I can come up with.

@Enceladus Dan I don't think it is drift causing staking artefacts- the frame was almost exactly the same start to finish.

I did used to get wandering mount issues but I have returned to using the handset that came with the mount as opposed to Cartes du Ciel/ Green Swamp Server which were the GoTo programmes I used when the mount would decide to do its own thing.
