Comet stacking on Siril

Hello all, beginner here. I’ve just started understanding a bit better how Siril works and have been using the pre loaded stacks but clearly that does not work with the comet as it stacks the stars and the comet becomes a big blur. Is there a simple way to stack the comet and ignore the stars?

Thanks! I saw that and it looked quite complicated. I guess I just need to learn manual processing at Siril. I’ll have a go

Just skip any bits you don't have.  Oh and if you are using a canon DSLR don't botoher with bias, just  type =2048 into the box where the address for your master bias would go.

Siril initially seems more complicated than DSS from the outset, but it's layout is actually logical and usually you have to be logical in your process workflow otherwise you'll get issues. I'm actually using Siril more now to stack as my pre process requires around 10 steps.

Do we know the OP's camera? The offset varies depending upon the make and model.
