Seems interesting, but I think it is severely aperture limited at 24mm. The alt az type system will also be very restrictive for long exposure as RA movement via equatorial setup is required after polar alignment for this to work properly, unless it can be adapted to work on an EQ wedge. If you look at their examples they're also shot mostly in bortle 4, there's a massive difference between bortle 4 (very dark, can't usually see in front of you) and 7/8 (typical town). Their high bortle zone examples are also bright targets which can be captured with most decent cameras with 5-10 second exposures per image.

It was only after posting that I saw that there had been previous threads on this topic and that it's been bubbling under for a while.

@VulishaIt'll be great to hear how you get on with this, hopefully you're near to getting your hands on it and we can then hear first hand what you think!

I just recieved my D II, it did not come with a charging cable. Right ?  So I assume I just use a cable with a C connector on one end and a usb on the other to plug in for charging, right ?

Yes, just use a plain old USB-C.

Mine is all set up with the latest soft / firmware, I mounted it on a tall photo tripod, ready for the first clear nite, maybe tomorrow. Works well on daytime shots. This thing is solidly built, its not a cheaply made piece of gear.
