CG5 slow mo-broken!

Anyone know where I can get a replacement slow motion knob for the CG5 mount? Smashed mine on the shed last night coming in after a session! Only a small knurled plastic knob that sits on the brassspindle of the slow mo gearing, but difficult to move it at all without it. many thanks.
