Barlow Lens Problem

Hiya

This might be a silly question and I might just be doing it wrong but I can't get my Barlow Lens to fit in! It's like it's too big but it's the one I got with my telescope. I thought the bottom bit came off and unscrewed it but that's the actual glass/lens bit. Can anyone help?

These are the details I have about my telescope:

Skywatcher Skymax 127 Supatrak

x2 Deluxe Barlow Lens 1.25" (with camera adapter)

1.25"/31.7mm Star Diagonal

Diameter of Primary Mirror 127mm

Telescope Focal Length 1500mm

Hope this is all the info you need let me know if you need anything else!

Measure the bottom of the barlow - the bit where the lenses are - it should be 31.75mm or 1.25".

Does the star diagonal fit ???

Sounds daft, but have you unscrewed the knurled screw far enough out to allow the Barlow to slide into your focuser.?

I've sorted the problem. It's abit embarrassing but the cap was on the end!! It was so tight fit though that I thought it was part of the lens.
