Any People from Wimbledon here?

Hello, I live in light polluted South Wimbledon (Southern garden Views, when I can see past the 2story flats ahead) and wondered if there are any similar sufferers?

I have thought about taking my Skywatcher 12" Dob to a darker sky but it is a beast to move. Wimbledon common is probably the closest?

John find a local astromy club at least you will have company. Live over near epsom and have a love hate relationship with trees.

Yes I am. No decent clubs nearby and Wimbledon is rather light polluted hence my use of night vision astronomy which enables me to do some nice DSO observing. Best option for a darker site within about 30 mins to drive to is Ranmore Common imo.
