WL Through the haze

was lovely blue sky this morning then the cloud and haze came. Waited to capture through the more transparent haze. Many captures aborted through cloud. 

Considering all things its come out rather well. used the Baader 495 long pass instead of the continuum today. its transmission is so much better i can capture at faster exposure, and lower gain on the smaller 70 mm scope

This 70mm cheap sw F13 achro does a great job on this. lacking resolution yes. but for its size its super sharp. People spend bucks on 70mm scopes. it cost me £39. 

and i love it.

That is a a lovely sharp image despite the haze, very nice Neil.
