Watching solar prominence?

I have just been looking at a very clear solar prominence through my PST.

In the UK it appears at the nine o'clock position, with minor eruptions next to it. Then there's a long filament at 12 o'clock.

The bright sunshine in some parts of UK at present remind me how much fun it is to watch the sun without cloudcover appearing every two minutes!
