Whats causing the bunnys..

Hi all, i am really struggling to get my flats to work, so when i dont use them,or use them i get to see the dust bunnys in my frames.

Any ideas where they actually are ie,on the sensor ,the protective window,on the filter 

Any input would be great.

If you put the relevant numbers in it tells you how far above the sensor the dust is likely to be.

Just guessing, but the smaller ones *might* be on the camera window, while the bigger one might be further out?

Work by elimination.  take the filter off and take a frame if they are gone you know it was the filter.  Can you rotate the protective window?  If so do that and take a frame.  If the bunnies have "rotated" as well you know they are on the window.  If they are still there try the same trick but this time rotate the camera.  You should be able to determine which is the culprit(s)
