IPolar - how do I take darks with a transparent lens cap ?????

Just bought an IPolar to compare its use with my Pole Master.

All in all its great and so easy to use, the Pole Master was easy but this much faster to align.

What I have not had time to check is how accurate either of them are.

However, the post is really just because when I opened the box and had read the instructions it made me laugh.
You have to take a dark before you can use it and it recommends taking a new dark everytime , although you can then elect to use the last one instead, but this is the endcap they send with it.

It is not a real question just thought it might make others giggle 🙂 

Okay not exactly transparent but certainly translucent.
