Messier 39 - Open Star Cluster

Friday 27th August offered up a clear sky and a change of pace. This year I have been spending more time solar imaging which was great as the night skies have been clouded out.

I needed to get back into the swing again and chose a simple target, Messier 39, which was conveniently located in Cygnus, near the Zenith and a reasonable distance from a rising Moon.
