Registax 6 file loading issues

I captured several AVI in RAW 8 on Sharp Cap (all the same settings). For some reason Registax will only allow me to upload one of the five video files. When attempt to load the others I keep getting a message widow that says "FILE CANNOT BE LOADED" (see attached screen shot). Has anyone come across this? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the software, including associated update but still the same problem.

Try running the files through PIPP and save as old format.

Thank you. Although I’ve never used PIPP, can you explain what is meant by or how I save in old format? Lol. I downloaded the PIPP software but not really sure how to use. 😅

Load the file(s) into PIPP and then in the Output Options tab select the "Generate Old Format AVI" option and then proceed to the "Do Processing Tab"
