Hi

After a recent computer change my camera fails to download images

Camera settings Gain 200 / 110 ect  Default Offset 50 USB/ Limit 40 to 80 for testing

ASI 183 MM Pro

Computer-W10 Pro/8 GB Ram/CPU 1.5 Ghz

Capture software NINA 1.10HF2

Error messages as follows

object reference not set to an instant of an object ( is that chinese or what )

Camera download failed/ Exposure time 10 sec/type Snapshot/gain-1/

Oviously a computer change looks to be the culprit perhaps 1.5 Ghz is underpowered ?

Camera loads goes thru the routine of taking a sub and then fails to download

Any similar experiences out there. any help or suggestions much appreciated.

Regards

Peter

Sounds like drivers to me. Remove all drivers and reinstall. Is the pc recognising it when you plug it in?

Coming problem with both Mac and windows OS when you plug in the camera before downloading/ installing the camera software. First. disable the native camera drivers on your computer/tablet. Them install the. Castro cameras control software plug in the camera and then restart. You should be fine after that. If you do not do that the computer will always revert to it's natives and your download/install will not work
