How to connect a 1.25” or 2” filter for imaging

I’m using a Nikon D5300 with Skywatcher 200PDS for imaging.

do I need a separate t2 to 1.25” filter adapter to use a filter for imaging? I am not looking to buy the clip-in filters.

Easiest is to screw a 2" filter into your coma corrector or nosepiece.

if you have only 1.25" filters, I think it's gonna vignette but you could try one of these.
