While the clouds are here and can't use my new rig. I thought I'd have a mess around in photoshop with layers etc.

So I used my last image of the horsehead neb.

I'm not sure what I've done or whether I can redo it again lol but I've brought out some more colour but overdone something as the hh looks a little blurry. Anyway it is a learning curve.

Yes. I was just messing around trying to do different things with PS

The only thing I have learned is that there is no right and wrong with processing. My favourite images have 'minimal' processing and muted colours - a sort of natural look. Many people seem to like more colour and processing. Just keep messing around until you get what you like. Best way to learn in my opinion. I seem to do about 6 versions of each image and I choose the one I like best (but I'm still not happy!)
