hi just trying mosaics with panels but after calibration of my 2 panels in weightbatchpreprocessing i finish up with the below panels,very different in tones,using same darks and bias on both,any advice how to get the same tones before joining the panels,thanks

It looks like you've autostretched both images - were they shot as OSC? I would split each into 3 channels, then try and register the mono channels as a mosaic (an option in imageintegration if I remember), then register the 3 mono mosaics into a colour image and go from there.

I have good success by running PhotometricColorCalibration on each panel before to merge directly the colour images.

Try to get them as even as possible with DBE . Then background neutralization and colour calibration. Make sure that the panels have similar background intensity levels in L. Desaturate the background with a mask to remove any tonal differences.
