A.E. Supreme 3x photovisual Barlow lens any good?

I would like to get a quality barlow that can also be used for direct connection to my DSLR via the T-ring for imaging. I am looking for X3 and above.

Aside from the T.V Powermate this is the only alternative I can find.

Lee - I've got the x 2 AE apochromatic Barlow and it great.

Can't go wrong with a Televue piece of kit in my opinion but just to confuse matters further Meade also do a x 5 Tele extender which is a four element design similar to the Power mate. Maybe someone can give their opinion on the Meade so you can make an informed choice.

Coming a bit late to this, but I have both the 2x and 3x AE supreme barlows and they're very nice bits of kit, and at a very reasonable price (especially used - I picked up both for less than the typical price of a used 2.5x powermate).
