2” diagonal in Mak127

Do I need an adapter to use a 2” diagonal (needed for denk binoviewers) in a skywatcher mak127? I’ve read a few threads about a mak to sct adapter but not sure how this would work once attached to the 1.25” focuser. Photo below shows the telescope side of my set up (OCS45 needs to enter the focuser but not sure how).

If your Mak have nonstandard 44.5mm thread (as mine have) ,you will need adapter to convert it to standard SCT thread, like this one :

Then use any 2'' visual back.
