My scyncan  hand controller say no reponce to right ascension and dec it won’t slew at all this never done this before iam very worried any one can help me please

The usual suspects would be to check:

Is the cable properly clicked into place?

Is there any damage evident to the cable?

How's the power? Low batteries can cause odd effects?

The syncs and turn on as normal does all the calculation but when it come to 1or star alignment it says set up. But when it first come on it say ra /azimuth no reponce

Hmmm, that sounds unfortunate. What is your power supply?

This looks very similar to a problem I had with a SynScan controller (with an HEQ5-R mount) last year. My controller started to have intermittent failures with the "RA/Azimuth no response" error. It also became intermittently unresponsive to some button presses. Eventually, my supplier agreed that this was a controller fault, and sent me a replacement which has worked perfectly ever since.

However, I'd check your supply voltage first - these controllers don't like low voltages.
