I recently bought a new eyepiece from them since their price was very good.

My experience overall was a good one. The particular ep wasn't in stock and had to be obtained from the distributer. However, they told me about this and gave me a reasonable idea of when to expect it. They delivered on their promise and kept me informed. EP was sent by courier and the packaging was excellent. Unlike a small number of other dealers, my credit card wasn't charged until the day the ep was dispatched.

If it's any sort of recommendation, I'm thinking of buying a new birding scope in the spring and I wouldn't hesitate from purchasing from them again

I have used them quite a lot and always found them great. Sometimes parts are out of stock but they always kept me informed they even sourced some parts that they don't normally stock so a big thumbs up from Me.
