I took this pic using my Skymax127 coupled with a 2x barlow & a Philips SPC900NC Webcam at 10fps, then stacked Registax.

Aren't the Skymax's great scopes? You captured Venus well there, got the phase nicely.

Try lowering the exposure next time. It will usually get brighter during stacking. Not that you'll get any detail, if it wasn't for the phase no one would ever look at Venus...

Thanks Ant :cheers: , yep thats what these Skymax's are good for - Planetary & Lunar work !

About the exposure, I realised this when I was stacking the image.
