"From Kitchens to Comets - Hunting for molecules with a spectroscope"

Wednesday, 2020, May 6 - 19:00 to 20:00

This week's BAA webinar will introduce us to the fascinating topic of spectroscopy. Hugh Allen, Chairman of the Wells & Mendip Astronomers, will explain how the spectra of comets and carbon stars can tell us about the molecules they contain.

The presentation will be followed by Q&A with guest panelists Robin Leadbeater (SGL's @robin_astro), David Boyd and Andrew Wilson.

Details on how to join live via Zoom or catch up later on the BAA YouTube site are here.
