NO light pollution and such good seeing that Venus is very very bright and lovely. Orion lying on his side very high overhead with so many stars visible to the naked eye. Black black heavens and so many visible stars......AWSOME!!!!!!

The only trouble its in the Maldives

. My 15x70 binos nearly worn out.

Lets see what the photos turn out like .

STILL BACK NOW FOR FOG AND NO DOUBT CLOUDS LOL

funny, i didn't do much star gazing in the Maldives either....

Anyway, I was in the US last summer and went camping in the Rockies for a few days, nice clear skies, milky way clearly visible, altitude about 8K feet, no light pollution = great. all i needed was a scope or binos....
