Mystery camera?

Hi guys - it's been a good few years since I did any astro work and am getting back into it. I was dusting off my gear and came across this camera. I have no idea what it is - it has zero markings on it and is not recognized as anything other than 'unknown device' when I plug it into my computer. It would be 2012/2013 vintage, whatever it is.

Can anyone shed light?

Looks like some sort of generic QHY5 type guide camera.

Seems I have a pair of guide cameras then. I have a SX CoStar and this one. Any thoughts on which is better?
