Atik 314lL problems

Hi guys 

I have a atik 314lL mono used it last night worked perfectly. 

Just gone back out tonight  I cannot get it to cool down. I use it at _13.4 switched on status cooling in the software and it goes down to _0.2 and then switches self of it wouldn't be something to do with the moisture trap thingy.

I've had a similar issue with my One9.0 when using Windows 10, found a reboot of Windows with the camera running & connected fixes it!

I get this with mine sometimes and have to unplug it and restart Artemis to get it going properly, it may just be a dodgy power connection so worth giving the plugs and sockets a squirt of contact cleaner.
