Help needed

Hello just wondering if theres any services in the liverpool area that helps in setting up telescopes, I bought one for myself and daughter as shes really interested in the night sky and space  I have never used or had a telescope before so when it came I didnt think it would be so difficult to set up really need some help thanks for your time kelly
