NEED HELP: DEC Gear Switch Jammed

Hi,

I recently purchased ioptron CEM40 mount.  Did all the balancing needed with ES ED 102 scope.  The RA and DEC axis was all aligned as needed. 

Particularly, I could lock and unlock the DEC Gear Switch.  Then I powered ON and using remote chose Sirius star for slewing.  The DEC axis did not move (so the telescope did not align to Sirius) and got some loud motor noise.  Thinking it may not be right, I switched off the power.

Now the Gear switch of DEC is locked/jammed.  I am not able to turn it to Lock / Unlock position.  Can someone please help.

Have you contacted iOptron? This sounds exactly what their customer service department is for. All my experience with iOptron service has been top quality.
