Now I have a permanent observatory and a new rig, I have been able to do something I have never managed/had the courage to do before. Collect images on sevral nights and combine the data.

So this is an easy and popular target NGC7000, but combining data from three nights (about 4.75 hours in total).

Equinox ED80 + QHY168C OSC. 2 min subs processed in PixInsight.

Definitely the best I have ever done with this target, and shows the value of a permanent mount with the magic of plate-solving. I am very pleased and it gives me confidence for other deep-sky objects.

It may be a touch red.
