New motors

When i fitted my motors to my eq5 it said in the manual that i might need to ajusted some screws on the ra part..

Why do i need to do this

The last paragraph of the instruction sheet refers to the adjustment of the worm drive, I assume this is the section your question is about. The worm wheel and shaft need to be adjusted sometimes to ensure the gears are meshed together accurately. Too loose and there will be excessive backlash, too tight and the gears will bind together.
