M81 & M82

shot this on 28-29th November and again on the 1-2 December . 

only 2.3 hours of 300 sec subs LRB synG  .. I was hoping to add another 4 hours last night but the clouds that were not predicted rolled in about 2.30 this morning , and after stopping and starting a couple of times I gave up . but processed the little data I had  today with this result ..

Well that's come out alright.  The outer arms of M81 are showing nicely and you even have some of the Ha starburst from M81.

What a excellent image.... the left of frame galaxy looks a bit pink, but excellent work nonetheless.
