M36 in Auriga

Lovely. I always enjoy looking at the Messier objects in Auriga, mainly through bins but occassionally through my telescope.

You've  captured the star colours very naturally IMO and I see NGC 1931 and IC 417 towards the top left there.

These open clusters are a delight, too often overlooked by imagers seeking out reclusive DSO's!

My thoughts too Paul and that’s why I did it. Other than the Pleiades and Praesepe, I rarely see open cluster images.  I grabbed M37 and M38 data as well last night so will put those up too.
