Are they holes in the top of the tube rings Richie ? If so, if they are the right threadsize, what about a piggyback bolt ? If not, maybe some form of qr adatper could be fitted using the hole and an appropriate screw ?

Yeah - some sort of piggyback bolt is exactly what I am after - but I can't find one :D

Any thoughts on where to get one?

In times past I knew a shop that you could take something like this into, and they would do it - nowadays, its all pre-packed stuff :hello2:
