Anyone using Phd2 and Sgpro

Hi, hopefully someone can help. I've everything set up and ready for imaging apart from one thing. When i run the auto focus routine in Sgpro Phd2 continues to guide even though i have the pause during focus box ticked. Anyone have any ideas? 

This isn't a new issue, just getting round to looking for a fix now.

Turns out Sgpro only pauses the guiding during autofocus when a sequence is running. It won't pause if you run autofocus manually.

Is it not supposed to guide when Auto-focusing? Surely that keeps the stars optically static for focus accuracy.

Not when using an off axis guider. The loss of focus messes up the guiding.
