Apollo 50th anniversary events

July 20th 2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing and it's likely that many of us in Stargazers Lounge will be hosting or helping with public events celebrating arguably humankind's greatest achievement.  If you are organising an event (or know someone that is) I would like to invite you to let me know so that I can add it to the https://gostargazing.co.uk/apollo50 website.  Simply contact me with the website address detailing your event and I will happily add it to our events database.

Event details will also be shared with the IAU so to list them on https://www.moonlanding50.org and I am also anticipate working with the BBC once again as part of their Stargazing Live TV show.
