Finally getting sorted

Finally getting sorted setting up and spending less time faffing around and with the spectacular weather we had this week wasn’t wasted , so only taking about half hour from setting up to imaging  , and managed to get in 30x300 guided subs  with bias and flats too on m81 and m82 but the biggest timesaver has been Dithering no time wasted on Darks , I’d highly recommend getting this done if you can , hopefully some nice images to process in the coming days .

Anything we can do to reduce the "overhead time" is good. Bias frames are, of course, reusable and can be taken during the day (another 30s shaved off the "faffing"). If you are using the canon from your signature then darks are pretty much a losing battle anyway.

Looking forward to seeing the result.
