First decent session for a while (178MM cool + 135mm f2)

Great sky out there tonight Shame ive had to pack up at a sensible time!

Its been my first decent go at imaging something for a couple of months, maybe more. But glad I took the time to set up. I wanted a quick start so I went light with the ASI and f2 lens, which seemed to frame the whole thing quite nicely!

Ive managed to calibrate out the amp glow, and for just 135mm focal length - the result turned out better than I had expected

A beautiful image. It's great to get back out after what seems like an eternity of cloudy nights. 

I greatly regret getting a OSC cmos camera over mono.

Well theere is always the option of getting a 2nd mono camera so you've got all bases covered no matter what the moon phase is.
