Cheapest right angle polar finder for HEQ5?

Hi,

I have my tripod almost as low as it can go so to polar align I have to sit on the floor, under my tripod and do it that way. Not only do I get a cold bum but I also start to develop neck strain within a matter of seconds, making alignment a bit of a huff. 

I'm useless at DIY so I don't want to buy cheap and then spend wasted time trying to fix things together from other bits, (unless it really is very easy) but then I don't want to spend over £100 either. 

So I'm looking for a sensibly priced right angle finder if there is one, if not then I'll consider a cheap one and DIY provided even I can do it, and if not, then I guess I'll have to spend £100 on one, as I suppose it's better than a cold bum and neck strain.

Is there a good reason for having the tripod right down?

I used to have mine low but discovered having it all the way up made life much easier and I didn't suffer any degradation of rigidity with the HEQ5 tripod.
