Looking for advice with Registax 5

Hi i am looking for advice on Registax 5. The webcam i use is a Altair Astro GP-CAM, After i done a 1-2 minutes video of the Moon and place the video on Registax 5.The video won't load up and i get a error massage [ Pins cannot connect due to not supporting the same transport]. [580040266]. I have tried a few videos' on Registax to open but they all come up with the same message.Can anyone help me out so i can open the videos' Thanks.Mark

Registax 6 is the latest version. Might that help?
