downloadable practice files?

Hello

As I am very new to imaging I am wondering if there any downloadable files to be able to practice using in sharpcap,PIPP and Registax in order to help get the basics of how to use these software kits,the weather just now up here is not good for getting out and taking any files myself to practice on and would help enormously to be able to get to grips with astrophotography,any help appreciated thanks

Googling "astrophotography practice files" brings up a few more sites, mostly DSO imaging though.
