Kn4fty
Had a lite night tonight. Didn't set up the scope or take the binos out. I did go out to watch back to back Iridium flares, -4.4 and -0.2 respectively. These were only a couple minutes apart. This was followed 6 minutes later by 0.4 Tiangong 2 pass. The first flare lasted about 6 seconds, the second lasted about a minute, and the Tiangong lasted about 6 minutes. It went from southeast horizon to the eastern horizon. Might not be DSOs, but was still satisfying. Rob
Demonperformer
It's a hobby after all ... and as long as you found it a satisfying session, that is all that counts.
RobertI
Nice one, I should probably set up satellite alerts, they are fun to watch.
