I thought I'd have ago at this cluster the other night. I googled it and found some example images to use as a good for checking I was in the right place. Used the NexStar SLT goto to slew to it. Fired a couple of test frames, and the brighter stars looked about right. Given I've never actually been able to see this cluster in my scope, I figured it was worth a try. Turns out I missed by a very narrow margin :undecided::) . I decided to post it anyway as it's worked out at quite a nice star field, although I did push some of my subs a bit to long, and got some rotation effects creeping in...

Shot using the 450d, on the Vista 80s (ST80) on a NexStar SLT. Mix of 62x30s and 17x60s subs, with darks, and flats.
