Nikon D90 Video

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anybody has tried using a Nikon D90 DSLR to capture closeup videos of say the moon to stack? The D90 can do HD video recording at 24 fps so I wonder if it could work instead of say a DMK or Toucam?

Hi Grant,

Not sure what the results would be like. I have a watec video camera which allows me to control the shutter speed. This is what allows me to obtain correct lighting/image quality.
