This is the mount that I have purchased with the previous owners (Dweller25) scope on board. My set up will look rather similar except the scope will be a TMB/LZOS 130mm F/9.2 refractor:

Perhaps not the tennis balls but the tripod I have is otherwise the same - Berlebach Uni 28. 

Mind you, if I knock my ankle on one of the tripod feet I expect that I may well consider the tennis ball additions
