Strange reflections

Not really sure but it looks like classic reflection in optical train with a following twist:

Defocused star suffering from coma - it looks like central obstructed aperture - it is given it is CPC800, that has some coma away from optical axis. Main question is why aren't there any reflection in rest of the frame? Star in the center of the image certainly looks bright enough to produce same sort of reflection - it would be more round in that case and centered on the star rather than coma looking.

I suspect focal reducer is causing this, and probably only outer parts of it. Can you examine focal reducer and check if coatings started to deteriorate towards the edges or something? Maybe some dirt on FR. If you cleaned it maybe it has not been cleaned properly to the edge so there is something left in those parts? It could also be if FR has really curved surfaces - try changing its distance a bit and see if it helps.

On closer inspection, how well collimated is your scope? It looks like there is a bit of tilt / miscollimation, and field curvature is noticeable.
