Second hand Atik 428ex - is it getting old?

I'm looking at a Second hand Atik 428ex color. Is it getting old or is it still a good camera? I would like your opinion  Thanks!

It will all depend on what telescope you are going to image through. The Atik 428ex C is still current and on FLO's site.

Its still a current sensor, although personally I would be looking at a QHY168c or QHY247c if I wanted the best available color camera these days. You should get similar performance with a larger sensor the 428ex is a small sensor....

Huh.. it's a 4 series!... I've still got 3 of the 314L+'s on the go.. plenty life in em yet !!
