Help with DSLR long exposure artifact, please

Hi

I did a really silly thing on Friday night by leaving the ISO on my 600D at 6400 after taking a quick image to align using Astrotortilla. The resulting image from 12 x 600s subs is attached.

The thing that has worried me is that there are some odd vertical lines on the left of the image, about 3/4 to the right.  Could this be because I took 10 min subs at ISO 6400, or is it a problem with the camera sensor or internal reflections?  The lines can just be seen on individual subs at ISO 6400 but not on 5 mins at 1600 subs or on 10 min darks at ISO6400.

I have just bought the camera so I need to know if the problem lies there.

Thanks for your help.
